The Star newspaper launches iSnap mobile app
A Malaysian newspaper the Star announced a new mobile apps dubbed as “iSnap” which offers new horizon for readers of the Star newspaper.
The iSnap features a concept of “come to life” which adds extra content to a news article via Android of Apple mobile devices. The experience is like watching news on television as some readers commented.
Compared to a traditional newspaper the iSnap features enable a readers to exploit more options such as accessing a photo gallery or videos related to the article, which add more values to a newspaper article.
The iSnap features appeal to both young readers as well as the older generation. It is useful and practical to use because a reader can access more information or details as compared from a traditional newspaper.
To use iSnap, you just have to point your device’s camera to specially marked pages in the newspaper and you will received additional content related to the article you are reading.
